MU Cash Bug

I am just reporting for someone, his/her IGN name : Terminator.
Incubus, I think some people would prefer reseting character without paying MU Cash because
1. Only some player's account gets them and some don't.
2. Sometime when they have MU Cash, you refresh the page and it will be gone.
3. Still Looking For More Reasons, I will edit it when I get some more reason.
Can we just have the old rr system? :confused: I like the old one before wipe better :(

Don't be that greedy ! We need help in return for our work ( so VOTE / REFRESH or DONATE ) - the free mu cash works 100% ( i recommend everyone to use firefox , and yes when it asks u to refresh you may have to refresh 2times ).

We was talking about this problem yesterday, U can go to my account and try to do anything, the points are never saved, so how can i make my 1st reset? And lol if i could be able to donate then everything is fine, but lol i am just a child...

mine too i used to have some credits from old server from voting and from reseting but i dont have the points its not there and i made same username as the old server so i got it mixed up can u try to put it back my username is skatinxx

same problem it said i have cash i press it say its gone i voted but it didn't put any cash.

Solution:
1. Go www.the-ien.com
2.Log In To your account
3.Go my heroes
4.wait till 600 sec goes
5.Press level reset
(sometimes the seconds is bugged so if it says not enought mu cash just reload the page, it will show you about 10 sec left the fast go to my heroes and wait till time goes.)

5.Press level reset
(sometimes the seconds is bugged so if it says not enought mu cash just reload the page, it will show you about 10 sec left the fast go to my heroes and wait till time goes.)

actually i just tested something and this is what i found out to all who have the problem.
you only get the mu cash only if u donated USD/any other type of currency to this server. how did i know?
i created a new acc and tested with my old acc (donated acc) and it turns out only if u donated currency, u get the MU Cash otherwise u wont get them.

That's a totally bullshit conclusion , i have tested myself many times and it works just fine ( created new accounts for test reasons and none of them failed in term of not receiving credits for reload/vote ). So either watch your month for false accusation/rumors or fill a bug report with details specific to your account so i could take a look.

i dunno why how u tested, IncubuS, but when i tested the new acc cant get MU Cash which i mean by like u do get them but when u click the My Heroes, it disappear

if you check other related topics i was aware of this ( and it was not made on purpose / it was a bug ) and it should of be fixed.
