I have the same problem.. i cant make rr because i have 0 MU-CASH when I go to my heroes.
Hope bug will be fixed fast, because i cant play now:(

aaah now it works:)
to all who have the same problem:
1. go to My Heroes
2. Wait till the 600 seconds ended
3. DO NOT refresh site
4. Make Level Reset.

Then it should work. Good Luck!

I can't make rr bcoz, i have 4 MU cash, and when i try to make a rr the page said me "u need 4 mu cash" u have 0 mu cash, or something like that, i need help, i want to play, but i can't make rr :mad:

Ok so i have the same issue. Ive got 1 rr on my elf and this time round i cant seem to reset. Ive waited on the timer and when it times out i get 4 mu cash which is shown once i refresh the page. I then click mu heroes and reset char. Sais i dont have the 4 mu cash. Ive tried this different ways even didnt refresh and clicked reset char and still no success. Ive voted in all 3 things and receivef 30 mu cash. That disappeared too. So what am i to do? Its got me stumped.

logging out of your signed in account and then signing back in to check if it works.

Ive relogged numerous times....even tried on my laptop. Still same result. The points just done seem to go even up to 8! I logged out and come in as per usual and there were 4 points in my mu cash. I waited for the timer relogged/ refreshed and the 8 points werent there but 0. Sort of getting over trying to tell the truth.

Ok ive tried not even resetting my char but simply trying to keep the mu cash. Its there then i relog and its just gone. Ive lost more than 50 mu cash stuffing around with this......

Also....whilst showing that i had 4 mu cash i pressed the heroes button then "pk reset". Upon pressing it my mu cash disappeared just the same as resetting my character but without actually resetting it.

From what i can notice this bugs happens when You do not respect the Reload Request (if you clicked somewhere before you reloaded the page as it says then it bugs ). Will find a solution shortly.

One more adjustment/patch has been applied to the reset system (hopefully all the possible bugs were fixed).

little of topic but always on char control panel,pk reset dont work it always said "your char dont need pk reset" or something so...but i have zen and all
