Gud am to SIr INCUBUS, GMs and CO-PLAYERS..! this morning i buy +13+luck+DD+REF+DSR+INC HP DK PANTS and when i check my VAULT i saw one (1) DK pants +13+luck+DSR and other one is one (1) ASCROW PANTS +luck+DD+REF+DSR+INC HP...OMG wat happen SIR? and when i check my points the cost of the two items minus my points T_T...PLS HELP ME SIR..

Its been four (4) days since i post this forum about my problem... Plsss Sir HK, ESME and Sir INCUBUS helpp!!! i also send an EMAIL to sir INCUBUS and no responds to him.....Thx and more power to ien team....

Screens doesn't make sense (your info says only few options on each -> while it has all the options) -> i'm 99% sure you bought something wrong and now you somehow try to find a way to get rid of an item.

No sir, im not what ur thinking as a POLICE OFFICER in our Country i will not lie neither to make any created words like others. I used to play this game since 2005 and i see u help others players since you are the ADMIN of this server, its ur duties and responsibilities..Im honest and trusthworthy....My only fault is that i did not SREEN SHOT while im buying that items coz i didnt know that this will be happen...As i said, sir i tell the truth and thats all.. Im only asking for a help and nothing more sir...May you consider my request, thx and more power to IEN..

i just want to remind u that GMs and Admins dont hold responsibility for any actions taken in game or via our shops. Admins only responsibility in this area, is to make sure the donations go smoothly and points are given out properly and that no bugs will occur, or try to fix bugs as soon as possible.....

what happens to the points afterwards, is NOT our responsibility....

I dont say mam that you hold responsibility for any actions taken in the game via your shop..The responsibility that i say is to help players in such a way making some investigation first then a resolution when they need ur help..I know you do all the best, different, excitement, realistic, fantastic game....etc..!! For me and others it is the BEST MU i played and im happy in this game..sorry sir INCU if i say something wrong, i wanna ask for a little help and thats all.... More power to IEN team..
