I need help with Wings of storm

Hi!
I bought some Wings of Storm yesterday and I've been online on my game. It says that I must be on level 400, wicht I am, but can't wear them. It seem's that I have to be Blade Master so I can wear them (I am a Blade Knight). What can I do?...because I bought them and I want to use them, or Can I exchange them with something that I can wear?

You have to do your 3rd quest to wear 3rd stage wings. There's a guide on it in Guides section.

to wear the 3rd wings the requirements are:

lvl 400
and having the 3rd job

and as Nick said there is a guide on how to do the 3rd job in the guides section on the forum :)
