Dl new skill

For starters, here is my stats:
STR: 5018
AGI: 1500
STAM: 200
ENE: 3500
COM: 500

The new skill for DL called dark spirits has a skill dmg of 1443-1964 with my above stats.
Chain blast has a dmg of 1353-1829. The dmg of dark spirits is also higher than that of fire scream. With chain blast exc dmg i hit 11895, with dark spirits i hit a measly 3282.
My question is what stat increases the dmg on this skill and is it just me or is it to weak for what is sais its supposed to do. I know that command does not increase the dmg of this skill at all since i added an extra 500 points to the above stats. So whats the issue here? Am i missing something? For a new skill surely its gotta be more useful than it seems to be.

if i dont wrong str incrase dmg of this new skill,but with full stat's dmg dont will be over 40000 because is low dmg skill...

until where i know energy is for fire scream,critic dmg...and str for fire brust,that new and dark horse

Well that's what u know but not experienced it. At least 50cent is talking by experience, so don't doubt about it.:D

Ok if u say energy increases it (which it will anyway due to the skill % increase) explain this.

Since this new skill is supposed to be stronger according to what it sais on the skill itself , with such a difference i dont think u can draw conclusions to that energy makes it stronger on the same respect that str does to chain blast?

Say if i had 5000 energy as well as 5000 str. The new skill should hit higher right? That it what i believe. Ill test it this rr cos its nowhere near as strong as any other skills and is really a waste of time aqcuiring it if thats all it is capable of.

This does not seem right to me. The skill is weaker than i beleive it should be.

well,whatever stat incrase dmg of this new skill dmg will be always lower than fire brust or fire scream,is an skill for lvl better and is continue and faster...was hard lvl with fire brust or fire scream :)

I got same problem whit that skill says it do xxxxx(any damage) and do minor what is says -.-" well why if that skill is not better than fire burst then make the skill chart say the truth about the skill the correct dmg also if they fix this and place the correct damage will be great for DL to lvl because that skill is awesome that is what i think ..

however sorry but no one skill do dmg what it say in skill pic...and this new dl skill is just for lvl and not pvp...as last thing this skill make sooooooo much lag

Unfortunatly this spell is just highly underpowerd.
There's nothing wrong with how you set your stat points.
The spell is just pathetic right now.
