why some spot in arena we are not allow to come inside!

Read the forum ~,~

the cages are currently not accessable untill it gets patched. You can access the cages by replacing the current world 7 folder with that of the old Imperial Client. But this is a fix not recommended by the GM's as it can cause other problems.

So the best option is to wait till it gets patched.
