DO NOT use it to request items, spots, mobs, etc. This function can be used only for important issues regarding your account/character problems, MUCASH problems, donation points, etc

For other kind of problems don t be shy and use the forum.

And also very important-try to use a good translator when you report-otherwise if your report is not intelligible in english, you will not get any answer!!
