Killed in crywolf event !!

Hi HK ... Last night during crywolf event while i was protecting the Wolf Statue with my elf SexyElf Timis13 killed me,:mad: I dont have hostiliity with his guild, I didnt even belong to any guild , my question is can he be punish for this? I go there just for fun coz i dont get anything protecting the statue, here is a ss as a prove.
