Someone got busted. Well, I believe that it should be fair, everyone should get the same treatment. Scorpeno got 3 months of banishment for account sharing.

Do I need to say anything else?. I think it is quite clear.

Sharing your game account with another individual; this is the case for the lifetime of the account, it does not matter if the account is not currently in use by its owner.
Punishment:
Warning, Account suspension, account ban
How to report:
Pass on any and all information to a Admin/GM as soon as possible including suitable screenshots if necessary for investigation.

What you say about everyone doing it, is not an excuse bro. As far a siege, neither I or any of my guildmates need to "try to get you banned" to win. A real situation has been put into evidence here, that's all.

Well as rule says sharing account its not allowd no matter if its your brother .. your sister....or who ever you want so youre saying you share all your accounts ? ... so lets wait and see what incubus says about this coz scoperno as Nemesis says got band for 3 months for sharing his account, this must be for everybody... so ill wait for incubus desicion.

I believe banning without a warning to be harsh..

Understandably, the rules are there to be read..
however not all user read or understand the rules before loading the game..

I expect this user to have a warning if anything..
change password, and not let others use his account..

then if issue reoccurs, this can be escalated again to Admin attention. ;)

by playing the game ( by regestiring an account) you sign up to follow and uphold the rules of the server. which means that breaking those rules means facing the punishment that is set for the breaking of them.

So if the user/player does not know the rules that is his/her own fault for agreeing to them and still breaking them.

no you may not as there hasnt even bin a verdict on what should happen.

And there isnt anywhere written that those punishments would be in that order, since the punishment depents on the severity of the rule breaking.
