delete character

Im trying to delete my character but i can't
I tried 0000000 as stated in previous post, but it still not working
As I remember, in registration process - there was no need of enter some other digits, only user name and password

any suggestions - how to fix it?

Hello,

One suggestion is to go to server 3 and try 000000000 if not then try 123456789.
Make sure you are on server 3.
