GM buys a WINGS OF STORM F.O +13 by 9750 mu cash tapeworm 11605 mu cash of which when buying the wings I had left 1855 when happening the wings store these soon disappeared only adds a jewel to him life I request an explanation by the happened thing

Did you reset your character and left the wings in the store? If yes, this is your own fault.

Who was the one who bought the wings? Wade or Geos?

Also can you explain more in detial what happened to the wings. Did you leave harmony option item in vault? Did you have a non readable vault item?

GM the account by which of Wings was bought the Storm is the one that belongs to Wade, were wings +13+luck+Ignore+Ref+Hp+Mp its cost was of 7950 mu cash after to have them in my vault passes store and it adds 1 jewel to him of life, it calls to Matrix a player of the Guild Alldown which I know gave trade me to pass the wings tells of the Bk Geos when realising trade the Storm of Wings disappeared of my Store and they did not appear but neither in the account of Matrix nor in store of my Sm WADE either does not realise it to the purchase needing minutes before the Cs began

If i understand correctly, this is your own fault. You gave full responsibility of your wings to MATRIX, therefore you gave trust into that character. Because there was switching of hands of the item, this is not IEN fault.

You did receive the item, but got lost in the process of transfering your item. I am not accusing anyone here but in the process of trading he might have stolen your wings.

I do apologize for your lost but this is not the responsibility of IEN.

I am here to try and shed some light on this matter.

I spoke to the people invloved and this is what they say happened:

Geos bought wings from the webpage, he got them (no problem there)

After buying them, he wanted to trade the wings with MATRIX. He placed the wings in the trade window and pressed OK.

MATRIX was laggy, so he moved when he went to press the OK button to accept the trade, the trade window closed and the wings were gone. Neither of them had or have the wings in their possession after the trade.

I would also like to add that both of them are close friends, so scamming is out of the question.

Anyway. I hope this clears the picture for you ShadowKill and HentaiKing, so you can give further details to IncubuS regarding this issue.

even with close friends ( usualy more often) your back is turned so the place for the knife is even easier accessable. being close friends doesnt safeguard you from being betrayed.
