Problem with Kundun Castle Upgrading (TO IncubuS)

Hello,
I am having a problem with upgrading the castle in Durability. I am able to increase all the other options but the Durability. Its really wierd cause it says i dont have enough Guardians when i had more 15 in my inventory and over 800,000,000 zen So Please fix it before friday Check out the pictures:
